Tom Shircliff and Rob Murchinson, from Intelligent Buildings, a smart buildings Consulting Company out of Charlotte, NC, share their vast industry experience consulting building owners in over 85 cities around the world. One of the big takeaways is for building owners to take the small steps first whether they are dealing with energy and operational efficiencies or cyber security.

Rob Allen Breaks Down ClockWorks. Rob Allen caught up with Nicholas Gayeski, from KGS Buildings. Nick showed Rob a very cool analtyics package called Clock Works. KGS Buildings offers market leading automated diagnostics and building performance management software and services to facility managers, engineers, and service providers.

RealComm/IBcon Day 2 Highlights from San Antonio, TX. Day 2’s General Session featured Bran Ferren. Few people understand more about nurturing ideas and waiting for the world to understand them than Bran Ferren. Bran is an American technologist, engineer, scientist, entrepreneur, and inventor. 7.5 billion people and 7 billion cell phones in use.

Hepta Control Systems is an award-winning leader in integrated building automation and security controls. They provide single driver seat solutions for energy efficiency, security, and tenant comfort systems.
